The Most Important Life Lesson You’ll Ever Learn

imporantlessonDuring my short 26 years on this earth I’ve been taught a lot of things.

I’ve learned the importance of manners.

I learned self-respect and self-love are the best gifts you can give yourself.

I learned having a budget is the key to financial security.

I learned that college is not always synonymous with education.

I’ve also experienced my fair share of disappointment.

I’ve learned firsthand that the money does run out.

I’ve learned that heartbreak isn’t only reserved for significant others.

I’ve learned that life isn’t fair.

I’ve learned that all good things must come to an end.

I’ve also learned the hard way that loss in all it’s variations is inevitable.

But the most important thing I’ve learned is that when the good manners are gone, the money disappears, the loss is never-ending, the self-love turns to hate and disappointment sets in, the best thing you can do is go through life with hope.

As hard as it may be you have to remember when you’ve reached rock bottom, you are in the perfect position to look up and enjoy the view.

The walls may be closing in and the dust may not settle, but with each breathe is another opportunity for you to fight the good fight.

And if all the optimism is going over your head and hopeful thinking is overshadowed by doom I challenge you to give this a thought..

If you woke up this morning. God isn’t done with you yet. You’ve still got a chance.

You could have every material position you ever want in the world, but if you don’t have hope you have nothing.

As the motto of this blog goes, “Live life terrifically… cause it’s never as bad as it seems.”

No matter how bad life may seem , the important thing is to go through it with hope.
